Megan Turner

Founder & President

Megan is the founder and president of M.L.Turner, where she leads every engagement personally — bringing big-picture strategy, detail-oriented execution, and high-level negotiation to each phase of work. With Architecture training from Columbia University, over twenty years across construction and real estate development, and active credentials as a General Contractor and City Planning Commissioner, she pairs broad industry experience with a holistic view of every project — always considering how each space will function, who will occupy it, and what purpose it will serve.

Nils Hanson

Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager, Nils leads day-to-day project management on some of M.L.Turner's most active residential builds and heads the firm's Maintenance Division. He coordinates architects, consultants, and trade partners from preconstruction through closeout — and continues that stewardship beyond completion, keeping every milestone and ongoing program aligned with schedule, budget, and quality.

Krista Smith

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Krista keeps M.L.Turner's projects running on rails behind the scenes. She manages contracts, invoicing, vendor coordination, and the systems that connect field teams, accounting, and clients — so project managers stay focused on the build while every administrative thread is pulled through to completion.
