Our Story
Built from the ground up.
M.L.Turner is rooted in a love of the built environment that began on construction sites in Los Angeles. Founder Megan Turner spent her childhood tagging along with her father in the era of "take your daughter to work day," falling in love with the tangibility of his life's work.
She went on to study Architecture at Columbia University, where she found herself more drawn to executing classmates' designs during studio crits than testing the limits of her own — the catalyst for a career in Construction Management.
That same instinct shapes how we work today. We see every project holistically — always thinking about how it will function, who will occupy the built environment, and what purpose it will serve.
